Using PYO and your account

PYO helps identify clothing in images, find products, save looks, and access shopping features. Some features require an account or supported sign-in provider. Provide accurate information, protect your account, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, use PYO only with permission from a parent or guardian. Purchases require the legal authority to enter the transaction and permission to use the payment method.

Photos and other content you submit

You retain any ownership rights you have in submitted content. You give PYO permission to process, store, and share that content with service providers as needed to deliver the features you request, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Only submit content you have the right to use and share, including any necessary permission from people shown in photos. Do not submit unlawful content, confidential information without authorization, or content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.

Search results and AI limitations

Clothing identification and product matching can be inaccurate or incomplete. Matches may be similar alternatives rather than the exact item in your photo. Prices, availability, sizes, product descriptions, and delivery estimates can change. Check the seller's current information and the final checkout details before buying. PYO does not guarantee product authenticity, suitability, availability, or the accuracy of generated results.

Purchases and third-party services

Product listings link to third-party merchants, and supported checkout features use Henry Labs and payment service providers. The relevant merchant fulfills the product purchase, and its applicable terms govern shipping, returns, refunds, and warranties. Review all displayed amounts, taxes, shipping costs, and fees before placing an order. An order request may be declined, canceled, or require further action from the merchant or payment provider. Contact the merchant or checkout provider for fulfillment and payment issues, or contact PYO for help identifying the appropriate support channel.

External sites and providers have their own terms and privacy practices. PYO does not control those services or guarantee their performance.

Acceptable use and service availability

Do not bypass access controls, misuse another person's account, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or use PYO for fraud or unlawful activity. Do not use automated access in a way that overloads the service or circumvents its limits. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements. Features may change or become unavailable, and service interruptions can occur.

Responsibility and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PYO is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. You are responsible for reviewing results and deciding whether to make a purchase. To the extent permitted by law, PYO is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or third-party products and services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

Privacy, leaving PYO, and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and how to request deletion. You may stop using PYO at any time and contact us to request account deletion. Outstanding orders and legal recordkeeping obligations may continue after you stop using the service. We may update these terms and will publish the revised version here with its effective date, with additional notice where required by law.
